Horizon is a semi-independent service (providing up to 24 months accommodation or
until the age of 18yrs); there are facilities for up to 4 residents, both male and
female, aged between 15 and 18 years. Horizon works with young people towards the
goal of moving into secure, long-term, independent accommodation when they leave
care.
